How to order
Ensure you request one of our free colour samples or alternatively purchase one of our swatch books (refundable on return) for colour approval.
It is important to understand that, as we use natural materials, the colour may vary from the original swatch. The best way to place your order is by using our secure online ordering system. Alternatively, you may of course place your order over the phone.
As all our furniture is hand-made to order, a non-refundable 50% deposit payment is required. The balance payment is automatically processed when goods are completed in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
We accept all major credit cards, Sterling or Euro bank cheques and direct bank transfer payments. If payments are via bank transfer, delivery may be delayed by up to a further 2 weeks. When orders are placed online they are automatically confirmed. If ordered via fax, post or telephone, we will always confirm in writing by email or post (if email is not provided). At this stage it is very important that you check the items you have ordered are correct. We will not accept responsibility if orders are incorrect after the checking process. These Terms and Conditions are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with English courts.
Making Changes To Your Order
Alterations to your order within a few days are usually acceptable. Once the goods are in production, however, we may have to charge you a fee to cover any cancellation costs. Changing an order may cause a delay in production or may alter the original price.
Many of our customers decide to add to their collection by ordering additional items at a later date. For this reason, each piece that leaves our workshop is archived, allowing us to emulate every detail. We commission the same upholsterer to ensure consistent workmanship. As leather is subject to discolouration with age and use, we will not always be able to guarantee an exact colour match.
